CANCELLATION POLICY
A 10-minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive 10 minutes or more late, depending on the service, your session may be shortened or rescheduled Rescheduling & Cancellations A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. If less than 24hrs, deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit is required to rebook. Please keep in mind: Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
